My professional and energetic background
Hi I’m Sarah (or Sara).
I have been intuitive since birth - gifted with many of the clairs (clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, clairalience, claircognizance), the ability to channel, and supported by a multi-dimensional spiritual / energetic team.
Over the last 10 years I have invested in my own personal and spiritual development, and have a clear understanding of my purpose, mission and gifts.
I have developed, tested and refined my unique methodologies, and prepared myself to share these with the people on this planet - contributing to the evolution of us all.

I have worked across the UK, and abroad, for charities, voluntary and community organisations, academic intuitions and public sector bodies.
I have worked with large corporate groups in the private sector, high profile media and events companies as well as independent retail.
Over the last 20 plus years I have worked as a consultant, strategist, researcher, facilitator and trainer - engaging with direct beneficiaries and clients, as well supporting senior leadership teams and trustees with strategic and organisational development.
5 years ago I set up a greeting card/graphic design business, with a focus on promoting diversity and inclusion in the industry.
I’m an experienced Callanetics instructor running group classes and private sessions, specialising in clients with hyper-mobility syndrome.
I’m the founder and director of Light School.
